Resonance is a 60-minute Hatha Yoga & Sound Bath experience brought to you by Gleam Athleisure and RISET yoga.

Led by Carmen, a yoga and sound healing guide, whose work explores what becomes possible when the body is finally given permission to rest.

Ground your body and calm your mind in this 60-minute session combining the gentle strength of Hatha yoga with the healing resonance of sound.

Share 45 minutes moving through foundational poses that build flexibility, balance, and presence. Then settle in for a deeply restorative 15-minute sound bath featuring crystal bowls, tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and ocean drums. The perfect blend of movement and stillness.

Guests may linger after class with hot tea provided.
