What is your return / exchange policy?
Singapore
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return / exchange. To qualify for a return / exchange, the item must be:
- In the same condition as when you received it
- Unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase (please forward your order confirmation)
Note: If your returned item does not meet our return terms, it will be sent back to you, and a re-delivery fee of $5 will apply (via Paynow).
International
International orders are final. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for orders shipped outside of Singapore.
How do I initiate a return / exchange?
To start a return, email us at hello@gleamathleisure.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Do you offer free returns?
Currently, we do not offer free returns, and return shipping costs must be covered by the customer unless the item was received damaged or faulty.
For returns, home pick-ups are available at a cost of SGD 5. Please note that courier must be arranged by us, and customers cannot send items back on their own unless instructed otherwise. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
For exchanges, home pick-ups and redelivery are available at a cost of SGD 7. Please note that courier must be arranged by us, and customers cannot send items back on their own unless instructed otherwise. This fee will be charged via PayNow.
Can I return / exchange sale items?
No, all sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
