  • What is your return policy?

    Singapore

    You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To qualify for a return, the item must be:

    • In the same condition as when you received it
    • Unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags
    • In its original packaging
    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase (please forward your order confirmation)

    Note: If your returned item does not meet our return terms, it will be sent back to you, and a re-delivery fee of $5 will apply (via Paynow).

    International

    International orders are final. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for orders shipped outside of Singapore.

  • How do I initiate a return?
    To start a return, please contact us at hello@gleamathleisure.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps!

    Please note that returns from Singapore will only be accepted via home pick-up at $5 SGD.
  • Do you offer free returns?
    At the moment, we do not offer free returns. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was received in a damaged or faulty state.
  • Can I exchange an item?
    Yes, we offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. To request an exchange, reach out to us at hello@gleamathleisure.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange. Do note that a shipping costs of SGD 5 will be charged.
  • What should I do if I received the wrong item?
    If you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@gleamathleisure.com, and we’ll make sure to resolve the issue by sending the correct item or offering a refund.
  • How long does it take to process a return?
    Once we receive your returned item, it can take up to 7-10 business days to process your return and issue a refund. You’ll be notified via email once your return is processed.
  • Will I get a full refund?
    Yes, once your return is approved, we’ll refund the full purchase price of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or faulty.
  • Can I return sale items?
    Unfortunately, sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
